Shipping Policy

At Chiara Cordelia, we are committed to delivering your purchase with the utmost care and efficiency. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, a trusted delivery partner known for reliable and secure service both in the UK and internationally.

United Kingdom Shipping

We offer two delivery options within the UK:
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – FREE for orders over £150, or £10 for orders under £150 Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Available upon request at an additional cost Estimated delivery: 1 working day from dispatch

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Shipping Rates:
• USA: £25
• Europe: £15
• UAE: £27
• Rest of the World: £30

Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 3–7 working days
• USA and Rest of World: 7–10 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the 
responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping costs.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

• Royal Mail will usually make at least one delivery attempt. If you're not available, they 
may leave a card or attempt redelivery.
• In the event of delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, 
strikes, customs), Chiara Cordelia cannot be held liable.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. 
Chiara Cordelia is not responsible for:
 • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
 • Parcels lost or delayed after confirmed delivery by Royal Mail
