How to Return an Item

UK Returns
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns for all eligible purchases made within the United Kingdom.
If you choose to use your own courier service, please note that Chiara Cordelia cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or misdirected in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
International Returns
At this time, we are unable to offer free international returns. Customers returning items from outside the UK are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
As with domestic returns, we advise using a reliable tracked and insured courier. Chiara Cordelia does not accept responsibility for international returns that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.
Return Conditions
Returned items must reach us within 15 days of the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.
To ensure a smooth return, please ensure:
• Items are unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging
• All dust bags, branded boxes, and tags are included
• Handbags or accessories with chain straps are carefully wrapped to prevent marking or damage to the leather
Please note: We are unable to accept returns of full-priced items received after 15 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of your returned item reaching us. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.
Please note:
• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method
• We cannot influence how long it takes for a refund to appear in your account—this is determined by your card issuer or payment provider
• We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order
Personalised Items – Exclusions
Personalised or monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
All Chiara Cordelia pieces are handcrafted with meticulous care. However, in rare instances, faults may arise. If you believe your item is faulty, we are happy to assist.
If a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase, we will:
• Offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, at no additional cost
• Require proof of purchase from chiaracordelia.com or one of our own boutiques
For items purchased via wholesale or third-party retailers, please contact the original point of sale.
Please note: Issues arising from general wear and tear are not covered.
